Each family oriented group home shall also be subject to and comply with the requirements of the following provisions of this chapter:
1. 6VAC35-41-180 (employee and volunteer background checks);
2. 6VAC35-41-190 (required initial orientation);
3. 6VAC35-41-200 (required initial training); and
4. 6VAC35-41-210 (required retraining).
