When a resident is placed in a facility pursuant to a court order, the following requirements shall be met by maintaining a copy of a court order in the resident's case record:
1. 6VAC35-41-730 (application for admission).
2. 6VAC35-41-740 (admission procedures).
3. 6VAC35-41-750 (written placement agreement).
4. 6VAC35-41-780 (emergency admissions).
5. 6VAC35-41-810 (discharge procedures).
