8VAC20-330-30: Funding

The full-time equivalent per pupil cost of the alternative program shall equal or exceed the amount required by the Appropriations Act for students counted in average daily membership.

The local school division shall maintain pupil accounting records for students in alternative programs who are counted in average daily membership.

Public funds spent for alternative education programs operated in cooperation with other governmental agencies shall be approved by the local school board.
