Chapter 671. Regulations Governing the Operation of Private Schools for Students with Disabilities

The licensee shall develop written policies and procedures governing prohibition of weapons on school property mandated in § 18.2-308.1 of the Code of Virginia. The staff and students shall be annually informed of the policies and procedures regarding the prohibition of weapons.
