Chapter 671. Regulations Governing the Operation of Private Schools for Students with Disabilities

A. Virtual courses may only be offered through accredited providers as outlined in §§ 22.1-212.23 and 22.1-253.13:3 of the Code of Virginia.

B. The virtual learning shall be proctored by a licensed teacher or appropriately trained paraprofessional who is supervised by a licensed teacher. The teacher or paraprofessional shall be available to the student.
