8VAC20-800-160: Attributes for household members

Individuals 14 years of age and older who reside in the family day home shall:

1. Display behavior that demonstrates emotional stability;

2. Be of good character and reputation; and

3. Meet the requirements specified in 8VAC20-770, Background Checks for Child Day Programs and Family Day Systems.
