Chapter 850. Voluntary Registration of Family Day Homes - Requirements for Providers

A. The provider shall ensure that the total number of children receiving care at any one time does not exceed four, which is the maximum capacity allowed by law (§ 22.1-289.015 of the Code of Virginia) for family day homes that may apply for voluntary registration.

B. The adult-to-child ratios for voluntary registration shall be same as those for licensed day homes.
