- Part I. Definitions
A. For the purpose of this chapter and subsequent amendments to it, of regulations of the board, or of orders issued by the board, the words or terms shall have the meanings given them in 9VAC20-15-20.
B. Unless specifically defined in the Virginia Waste Management Act or in the regulations of the board, terms used shall have the meanings commonly ascribed to them.
