Chapter 193. Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) General Permit Regulation for Concrete Products Facilities

This general VPDES permit will become effective on January 1, 2024, and it will expire on December 31, 2028. This general permit is effective for any covered owner upon compliance with all the provisions of 9VAC25-193-50.
