Chapter 640. Aboveground Storage Tank and Pipeline Facility Financial Responsibility Requirements

Operators of existing facilities are required to comply with the requirements of this chapter by June 30, 2001. Operators of new facilities shall comply with the requirements of this chapter by the date the facility begins operation.
