Except as noted, when a regulation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency set forth in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is referenced and incorporated in this chapter, that regulation shall be as it exists and has been published as of the July 1, 2022, update; however, references to 40 CFR Part 136 are incorporated as published in the July 1, 2024, update.
