Chapter 860. Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit Regulation for Potable Water Treatment Plants

This general VPDES permit will become effective on July 1, 2023, and will expire on June 30, 2028. This general permit is effective for any covered owner upon compliance with all the provisions of 9VAC25-860-50.
