Pursuant to 9VAC25-610-380, the department may request (i) such plans, specifications, and other pertinent information as may be necessary to determine the effect of an applicant's groundwater withdrawal; and (ii) such other information as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. Any owner, permittee, or person applying for a general permit coverage shall provide the information requested by the department.
