The general permit in 9VAC25-920-90 becomes effective on November 9, 2022, and expires on November 9, 2037. Any coverage that is granted pursuant to 9VAC25-920-90 shall remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on November 9, 2037, unless the general permit coverage is terminated or revoked on or before that date.
