- Part I. Definitions
A. For the purpose of this chapter or any orders issued by the board, the words or terms shall have the meanings given them in 9VAC5-510-20.
B. Unless specifically defined in the Virginia Air Pollution Control Law or in this chapter, terms used shall have the meanings given them by 9VAC5-80-1110 (Permits for New and Modified Stationary Sources), 9VAC5-10-20 (Regulations for the Control and Abatement of Air Pollution), or 9VAC5-170-20 (Regulation for General Administration); or commonly ascribed to them by recognized authorities, in that order of priority.
