9VAC5-80-940: Transfer of permits

A. No person shall transfer a permit from one location to another, or from one piece of equipment to another.

B. In the case of a transfer of ownership or name change of a stationary source, the new owner shall abide by any current permit issued to the previous owner or to the same owner under the previous source name. The new owner shall notify the department of the change in ownership or source name or both within 30 days of the transfer or name change.
