Article 3.3. POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM

The Department may sponsor pilot projects to develop and demonstrate innovative technologies and methods for pollution prevention. The results of all such projects shall be available for use by the public, but trade secret information shall remain protected.1993, c. 459.
