Va. Code § 10.1-1619: Violation of regulations

Violation of any regulation adopted pursuant to § 10.1-1603 which would have been a violation of law or ordinance if committed on a public street or highway shall be tried and punished as if it had been committed on a public street or highway. Any other violation of such regulations shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.1986, c. 360, § 10-158.17; 1988, c. 891.
