Prior to submitting recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly, the Director shall upon request of any interested state agency or political subdivision, or upon his own motion, hold a public hearing on a proposal to designate a scenic river.1970, c. 468, § 10-172; 1984, c. 739; 1985, c. 346; 1988, c. 891.
