Article 1. General Provisions

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to sign a document he knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the Commission for filing.B. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of Class 1 misdemeanor.1991, c. 168.
