Article 2. FORMATION

One or more persons may act as organizers of a limited liability company by signing and delivering articles of organization to the Commission for filing. An organizer need not be a member of the limited liability company after formation has occurred.1991, c. 168; 2006, c. 748; 2016, c. 288.
