Unless otherwise prohibited by law or regulation, the professional services defined in subsection A of § 13.1-1102 may be rendered in this Commonwealth by:1. A limited liability company organized as a professional limited liability company pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;2. A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;3. A limited liability company organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of this title; or4. A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of this title.2003, c. 678.
