Unless otherwise prohibited by law or regulation, the professional services defined in subsection A of § 13.1-543 may be rendered in this Commonwealth by:1. A corporation organized as a professional corporation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;2. A foreign corporation that has obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;3. A corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 9 (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) or Chapter 10 (§ 13.1-801 et seq.) of this title; or4. A foreign corporation that has obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 9 (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) or Chapter 10 (§ 13.1-801 et seq.) of this title.2003, c. 678.
