Article 5. BONDS

The state Department of the Treasury, Division of Risk Management shall forward to the clerk of the circuit court for each county and city and the Comptroller of the Commonwealth a copy of the plan promulgated pursuant to subsection B of § 2.2-1840.Code 1950, § 15-484; 1962, c. 623, § 15.1-47; 1979, c. 643; 1997, c. 587; 2000, cc. 618, 632.
