Article 1.1. PROVISION OF CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES BY CERTAIN LOCALITIES

A municipality that provides cable television service shall provide to a private provider the same information required to be filed with the municipality by that private provider under the terms of its franchise.2003, c. 677.
