Chapter 24.3. VIRGINIA INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT LOAN FUND

In approving loans, the Authority shall give preference to loans for projects that will (i) utilize private industry in the operation and maintenance of such projects where a material savings in cost can be shown over public operation and maintenance or (ii) serve two or more local governments to encourage regional cooperation.2010, c. 724.
