Va. Code § 15.2-3537: Publication of consolidation agreement

Each locality which is a party to a consolidation agreement shall cause a copy of the consolidation agreement, or a descriptive summary of the agreement and a reference to the place in the locality where a copy of the agreement may be examined, to be published in its locality at least once a week for four successive weeks in a newspaper having a general circulation in the locality.Code 1950, § 15-223; 1962, c. 623, § 15.1-1137; 1997, c. 587.
