Chapter 37. ANNULMENT OF TOWN CHARTERS

Upon the effective date of annulment, the town shall terminate, as shall the terms of office and the rights, powers, duties and compensation of the officers, agents and employees of the town.1992, c. 453, § 15.1-965.36; 1997, c. 587.
