Chapter 41. TRANSITION OF CITY TO TOWN STATUS

In any proceedings instituted under the provisions of this chapter, the adjoining county shall be made party to the case. Any qualified voter or property owner of the city or adjoining county may by petition become party to the proceedings.1988, c. 881, § 15.1-965.12; 1997, c. 587.
