Chapter 41. TRANSITION OF CITY TO TOWN STATUS

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, general or special, a town created under this chapter shall not return to its previous independent city status.1996, cc. 337, 349, § 15.1-965.22:1; 1997, c. 587.
