Va. Code § 15.2-4213: Commission to be informed of applications for state or federal aid by local governing bodies

In each planning district in which a planning district commission has been organized, the governing body of each locality shall make available to the planning district commission a summary of applications to agencies of the state or federal government for loans or grants-in-aid for local projects.
