Va. Code § 15.2-4618: Validation of districts

All proceedings held in the creation of a district pursuant to § 15.2-4603 prior to March 1, 1988, are hereby ratified, validated, and confirmed, and all such districts so created or attempted to be created pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 (§ 15.2-4600 et seq.) are declared hereby to have been validly created, notwithstanding any defects or irregularities in the creation of such a district or in the selection or appointment of the commission or the advisory board of such a district.1997, c. 587.
