Article 1. IN GENERAL

In the event of the removal of any commissioner, the mayor shall file in the office of the city clerk a record of the proceedings together with the charges made against the commissioner and the findings thereon.Code 1950, § 32-229; 1979, c. 719, § 15.1-1548; 1997, c. 587.
