Article 2. POWERS

An authority shall have power to make and from time to time amend and repeal bylaws, rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, to carry into effect the powers and purposes of the authority.Code 1950, § 32-256; 1979, c. 719, § 15.1-1576; 1997, c. 587.
