Article 3. BONDS

Any provision of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, any bonds, interim certificates, or other obligations issued pursuant to this chapter shall be fully negotiable.Code 1950, § 32-270; 1979, c. 719, § 15.1-1590; 1997, c. 587.
