Va. Code § 15.2-5500: Heart of Appalachia Tourism Authority

There is hereby established as a political subdivision, a body politic and corporate, the Heart of Appalachia Tourism Authority (the Authority) for the LENOWISCO and Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commissions.
