  4. Article 1. ADOPTION OF COUNTY MANAGER FORM

The form of county organization and government provided for in this chapter shall be known and designated as the county manager form. The provisions of this chapter shall apply only to counties which have adopted the county manager form.Code 1950, § 15-305; 1962, c. 623, § 15.1-622; 1997, c. 587.
