Va. Code § 15.2-6208: Eligible use of funds

From such funds as may be appropriated or received, the Authority may make loans and grants for the benefit of qualified private, for-profit enterprises and public or not-for-profit enterprises, nonprofit industrial development corporations, or industrial development authorities for financing the following:1. Purchase of real estate;2. Grading of sites;3. Water, sewer, natural gas or electrical line improvements, replacement and extensions;4. Construction, rehabilitation, and expansion of buildings;5. Construction of parking facilities;6. Access roads construction and street improvements;7. Purchase or lease of machinery and tools; and8. Any other improvements deemed necessary by the Authority to meet its objectives.1993, c. 982, § 15.1-1669; 1997, c. 587.
