Chapter 63. AUTHORITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF FORMER FEDERAL AREAS

No provisions of this chapter nor act of an authority, including the procurement of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a waiver of any sovereign immunity to which the authority or its directors, officers, employees, or agents are otherwise entitled.2005, cc. 869, 887.
