Article 3. PROCEDURE IN CIVIL CASES

Whenever the word "warrant" is used in any section of the Code or act of assembly relating to civil proceedings, it shall, unless the context or use indicates a different meaning, be construed to mean "warrant or motion for judgment."1956, c. 555.
