Va. Code § 17.1-270: Officer to state fees, etc., on affidavit, deposition or report

A notary or other officer returning affidavits or depositions of witnesses and a commissioner returning a report shall state at the foot thereof the fees therefor, to whom charged and, if paid, by whom.Code 1950, § 14-109; 1964, c. 386, § 14.1-98; 1998, c. 872.
