Va. Code § 18.2-248.4: Advertisement of imitation controlled substances prohibited; penalty

It shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person knowingly to sell or display for sale, or to distribute, whether or not any charge is made therefor, any book, pamphlet, handbill or other printed matter which he knows is intended to promote the distribution of an imitation controlled substance.1982, c. 462.
