No outhouse, not adjoining a dwelling house, nor under the same roof, although within the curtilage thereof, shall be deemed a part of such dwelling house, within the meaning of this chapter, unless some person usually lodge therein at night.Code 1950, § 18.1-77; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15.
