Any person fifteen years of age or over, including the parent of any child, who shall cause, encourage, incite, entice or solicit any person, including a child, to commit any act proscribed by the provisions of § 18.2-83, shall be guilty of a Class 5 felony.Code 1950, § 18.1-78.5; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15.
