Va. Code § 19.2-249.1: Offenses committed within towns situated in two or more counties; where prosecuted

An offense or traffic infraction committed within a town situated in two or more counties within the Commonwealth may be alleged to have been committed, and may be prosecuted and punished, in any one of such counties.1984, c. 278.
