Va. Code § 19.2-386.26: Seizure and forfeiture of drug paraphernalia

All drug paraphernalia as defined in Article 1.1 (§ 18.2-265.1 et seq.) of Chapter 7 of Title 18.2 shall be forfeited to the Commonwealth and may be seized and disposed of in the same manner as provided in § 19.2-386.23, subject to the rights of an innocent lienor, to be recognized as under § 19.2-386.8.1981, c. 598, § 18.2-265.4; 1993, c. 866; 2004, c. 995; 2012, cc. 283, 756.
