Va. Code § 19.2-390.03: Development and dissemination of model policy on fingerprinting and reports to the Central Criminal Records Exchange

The Department of State Police shall develop a model policy on the collection of fingerprints and reporting of criminal history record information to the Central Criminal Records Exchange as required by § 19.2-390. The Department shall disseminate such policy to all law-enforcement agencies within the Commonwealth.2019, cc. 782, 783.
