Va. Code § 2.2-1147.3: Baby changing facilities in restrooms located in public buildings

The Department shall include in the standards established pursuant to subsection B of § 2.2-1132 policies for the construction and installation of physically safe, sanitary, and appropriate baby changing facilities in restrooms. For purposes of this section, "baby changing facility" means a table or other device suitable for changing the diaper of a child age three or younger.2020, c. 49.
