A. The Governor may create gubernatorial commissions for purposes related to his authority and responsibility. These entities shall be referred to as "Commissions."B. For the purpose of this chapter, "gubernatorial commission" includes any temporary study group, task force, blue ribbon panel or any similar collegial body created by the Governor.1984, c. 615, §§ 2.1-51.35, 2.1-51.36; 2001, c. 844.
