Va. Code § 2.2-2024: Annual plan; allowable uses of Fund

The CIO shall prepare a plan that identifies the projects in which the Fund will participate. The plan shall be consistent with the statewide plan for information technology and shall consider the use of existing resources and long-term operation and maintenance costs.
